I added organic chocolate truffels to half the batch.

This was an experiment, but I'm quite sure it was a success judging by the tast testers' mouth full reactions... and how quickly the cupcakes disappeared.

PS proud moment: All of the satisfied drooling tast testers were anti-health food people + not gluten free.
