Comfort Food

My Japanese/Hawaiian/American fusion comfort cuisine:

Gluten free macaroni and cheese (from Trader Joe's):
Along with stove grilled Spam (ho bra, local kine)
a liquid inside sunny side up egg (Japanese spirit)
and the best topper ever! Furikake
[watch out gluten free-ers this sometimes contains soy sauce (made with wheat)]
